Scott has been in the automotive industry for 21 years and brings a substantial amount of business knowledge to the Land Rover Chattanooga team. Providing purchasing options that our clients can be confident about, Scott takes pride in having the ability to create a positive buying experience for each client. Scott also believes that building client relationships based on trust and honesty is the key to a successful business plan. Away from work, Scott enjoys traveling with his wife Becki of 28 years as well as spending time with family and friends. If the weather is good, he’ll likely be found on the golf course.
With 24 years in the car industry, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Land Rover Chattanooga. He prides himself in providing our customers with ample information, friendly communication, transparency, and integrity, and he has built a phenomenal group of lasting customers that continuously request his service. Josh, a Land Rover owner himself, also enjoys sharing the brand with new customers. “I truly believe that the Land Rover/Range Rover Brand is the finest SUV on the planet,” Josh said. “They provide you with power, comfort, handling, incredible ride quality, not to mention the off-road capability.” Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his beautiful family, bass fishing, beach vacations, and Tennessee Volunteers Football.
As one of the best Jaguar Land Rover service technicians in the country, Brandon sets a phenomenal example for the rest of our service department to follow. As the shop foreman, he is responsible for all of the technical issues that come through the repair shop to make sure that they are fixed correctly on the first visit. Brandon has made quite the résumé for himself and has won many awards and reward trips from Jaguar Land Rover, most notably the Marque of Distinction Award-naming him the number one Jaguar technician in all of North America in 2013. He has achieved the top one percent distinction five years in total. We are very fortunate to have Brandon on our team, and our customers always rest assured knowing their vehicle is in exceptional hands.
With her love of the Jaguar Land Rover brands paired with her desire to help others, Lexi, our friendly British receptionist, found that a position at Land Rover Chattanooga was a perfect fit for her. Lexi spends her work day welcoming customers and connecting them to our sales staff, and although she does not sell the cars herself, she finds her job at our dealership to be rewarding, nonetheless. “I enjoy seeing the pride and joy in every new customer’s face once they have made their new purchase,” Lexi said. The love of our brands runs in Lexi’s family as her brother works at Jaguar Land Rover UK, and she personally has precious memories cruising around with her father in his beloved Jaguars back in England. In her free time, Lexi enjoys playing with her two rescue dogs, reading to both herself and her elderly neighbors, and making jewelry for friends.
Bryanna joined the Land Rover Chattanooga team with a variety of maintenance and warehouse experience. She has a knack for being thorough with her work, which in turn makes for a painless process for our customers. Bryanna is responsible for checking in parts, shipping them out, and helping customers determine their needs when it comes to parts for their vehicle. In a department that can be rather overwhelming, Bryanna is able to stay organized and keep up with the demand her position requires. Brianna is a former member of the Chattanooga Roller Girls, but today she spends her spare time raising her twin daughters.
