    With more than 25 years of experience working in the luxury automotive industry, Steven brings the knowledge and perspective that is imperative to leading a successful dealership. He strives to make sure each and every customer has an exceptional experience from start to finish. "I learned a long time ago to treat every customer like they are a guest in your home," Steven says. "The main thing is making everyone feel they are part of our family from the moment they walk into the showroom until they find a new or used vehicle that meets their needs." A long-time fan of the brand, Steven has always admired the exceptional off-road capabilities of Land Rovers and looks forward to introducing all that the brand has to offer with Land Rover Chattanooga customers. Away from work, Steven enjoys boating, fishing, sports, and most of all, spending time with his wife of 12 years and two children.

  • Scott Defriese
    Business & Finance Manager

    Scott has been in the automotive industry for 19 years and brings a substantial amount of business knowledge to the Land Rover Chattanooga team. Providing purchasing options that our clients can be confident about, Scott takes pride in having the ability to create a positive buying experience for each client. Scott also believes that building client relationships based on trust and honesty is the key to a successful business plan. Away from work, Scott enjoys traveling with his wife Becki of 26 years as well as spending time with family and friends. If the weather is good, he'll likely be found on the golf course.

    With over 26 years in the automotive industry, mostly in luxury brands, Desmond sets the standard for professionalism and knowledge when it comes to providing customers with an exceptional service visit. Desmond has lived in Chattanooga for around 30 years, but he is originally from Ghana where his father was a member of the diplomatic service; English is actually a second language for him. When Desmond isn't leading our highly respected service department, you'll find him enjoying the Chattanooga outdoors by running, biking, or hiking, or spending time with his wife of 28 years and their son.

    Parts Manager

    Wayne has been the parts manager for Land Rover Chattanooga since 2015. "I have roughly 30 years of experience in the automotive field and I look forward to the opportunity to assist you with any automotive needs!" Outside of the workplace, he enjoys kayaking, motorcycling, and cooking.

    Parts Specialist

    Bryanna joined the Land Rover Chattanooga team with a variety of maintenance and warehouse experience. She has a knack for being thorough with her work, which in turn make for a painless process for our customers. Bryanna is responsible for checking in parts, shipping them out, and helping customers determine their needs when it comes to parts for their vehicle. In a department that can be rather overwhelming, Bryanna is able to stay organized and keep up with the demand her position requires. Brianna is a former member of the Chattanooga Roller Girls, but today she spends her spare time raising her twin daughters.

    British car brands have always been of great appeal to Zac, and when he joined Land Rover Chattanooga in 2011, it was a great fit for both him and the dealership. Zac has a flawless sense of professionalism, and he strives to make sure his customers leave happy with their new purchase. "I try to provide my customers with a logical and relaxed car buying experience," Zac said. "Above all, I aim to make sure they find the perfect car for them." Prior to car sales, Zac spent a large portion of his life teaching music. He is still an avid trumpeter today. Zac also enjoys spending time with his wife, his three rescue dogs, hiking, and maintaining his own vintage Land Rovers.

    Chris comes to the automotive industry from over a decade of owning his own restaurants & bakeries. From this, he brings a significant wealth of knowledge in customer support and satisfaction. "I work hard every day to make sure that everyone around me is happy. From learning about your needs and finding you the perfect vehicle, to after the purchase and making sure our team is taking care of you, I have one goal: an easy-going experience." When he's away from the showroom, Chris enjoys cooking, gardening, and playing his drums.

    John, a Chattanooga native, has over 25 years of proven sales experience. He serves with dedication and efficiency, while focusing on the needs of the customer. "I'm the guy who answers his phone at 10 o'clock at night to ensure that the needs of the customer are met. I'm committed to my position and take my work seriously." John lives with his wife and their three fur babies. In his spare time he enjoys grilling on his gas grill and smoking on his steel keg smoker.

    Title Clerk

    With 17 years of title work experience, Renita is an important staple to the Porsche of Chattanooga team. She is responsible for completing vehicle paper work and filing vehicle owner titles and registration. Although Renita tends to work behind the scenes at Land Rover Chattanooga, she provides work that our customers always seem to appreciate. "One thing I do bring to the customer is an assurance that they are taken care of," Renita says. "I have a lot of experience with title work, and I know what I'm doing." Renita is a Chattanooga native and has been with the Porsche of Chattanooga team since 2014.
